The talented and multi-awarded Chef, Passionate for cooking and looking to expand his knowledge , working only with the best and most fresh ingredients, Chef Alex Samoilis was born and raised in the island of Corfu and as he is half Greek and half Mexican he has a big advantage on Mediterranean as well as exotic Latin tastes. He studied and graduated with honors the Culinary Institute of Greece. , Alex started his journey working for well-known restaurants in Greece and Europe such as 3 Michelin star The Fat Duck – Heston Blumenthal, 2 Michelin star Spondi Athens, 1 Michelin star The Hinds Head Heston Blumenthal, 1 Michelin star The Pollen Street Jason Atherton and many more.
